One way glass?

I am trying to find any place that I can order the glass that you can only see through on one side. I want to make a window Bird Feeder with this type of glass. So the birds can't see people in my house watching them.10 points to who can direct me to a place online I could order it from. I have looked myself and can't find any place that I could order a sheet of it..

I see the possible problem mentioned above. The birds might get scared by their reflections *inside* the feeder. (From the outside, it would look tinted.)
But you could tint the house window so watchers can "hide." And you could use the applied tinting, if you don't want to install a new pane of glass.
