Wild parrots of telegraph hill san francisco?

I am hoping to determine the location of these bird feeders. This video was taken in san francisco, somewhere on telegraph hill. It was taken on an overlook that had two sets of steps, one on each side, kind of like a deck, with steps leading down to it. This is not the filbert or greenwich steps. These steps do not lead down to the bottom of the hill but rather lead down to this public deck area that has several bird feeders. Can anyone tell me where this is located? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZAt7I5bEE0&feature=channel_page

I know that spot -- an overlook with two sets of steps down to a level where there's a path connecting them, but no path farther down.

From the corner of Union and Montgomery, head east on Union. Union comes to a dead end, and Calhoun Terrace (short street to a dead end) goes off to the right. Instead of turning onto Calhoun, however, you find the two stairways at the end of Union. Follow those down to a really nicely landscaped area with bird feeders.

---

The reason I know this is that I've been on every walk described in the book "Stairway Walks in San Francisco", by Adah Bakalinsky. This is part of walk #1 in the 6th edition of the book.

Here's the description from the book.

"Turn left [north from Vallejo and Montgomery] on Montgomery to ascend the stairway to Union. Turn right into the Union cul-de-sac. Descend the stairway and follow the walkway around to the right. When you look forward toward your left, you will experience the elevation down to Sansome (about 250 feet). There is no stairway down to the street because of the hazardous cliff conditions. On your right, the abundance of plants -- impatiens, century plants, snapdragons, bottlebrush, and fuchsia -- entice and direct the wild parrots of Telegraph Hill to one of their favorite restaurants towering above you, the cypress trees. When you ascend to the Union landing, you will likely have a good view of the parrots in the trees, perching and preening and teasing each other. Their cocktail hour seems to be between 4 and 5 PM. Turn left onto Calhoun to see some of the oldest houses in San Francisco. ..."

Union is just south of the famous Filbert and Greenwich steps, but it's less visited because there's no through path.

Here's a picture of where Calhoun branches off from Union (looking east along Union):

If I remember correctly, the right branch (Calhoun Terrace) dead ends along a retaining wall, but the left branch (Union Street) leads to the stairways.
